Quick and efficient service. So nice not having to make an appoint for an oil change. I have been getting my oil changed here for years and I keep going back because of the simple process from start to finish. As you wait in the lobby you even get updates on your phone which is so nice. Great car wash too! Thank You!!!

The app to track where vehicle is at in service was never updated. I had to call to find out if my vehicle was ready to be picked up. My vehicle had not been run thru the car wash and was still dirty. (I understand that the air temp outside was below freezing, but I should have been given a voucher for a free car wash at a local establishment). While the service person was able provide information on the work completed on my truck. He was unable to provide specific answers to maintenance questions.

I stopped in for my first service visit yesterday over lunch. Shame on me for not keeping the receipt to give my service advisor credit for the great service. He was knowlegeable about what my EV would need and clearly explained what the visit would involve. The visit was faster than expected and communication was top-notch. I had my vehicle in prior to another Chevrolet dealer with less than stellar service so this is now my go-to for service. Highly recommend!

Had some brake work done after buying a truck. One issue was fixed but another came after truck was worked on. Felt like a wheel weight fell off. Got a chance to bring it back due to work keeps me busy and cost money to be away. Told them that's what it felt like shock now just going 65 mph. Gave me a loner was great so I could get to work. Got a call saying truck was ok but needed to balance and rotate tires. Did not want to cover doing the work so it was $250 to balance tires and rotate. Seemed a bit on the high side but just need the truck back so go ahead. Get it back and onlt the passenger side tires we're rotated not the drivers side. Tried to call the gm and service manager with no return call... was going to have them change the oil glad I saved that money...

I like the fact that you do not need an appointment for an oil change, so I drove in around 8:30 and since it was not a very nice weather day, it was not busy and I was helped right away. I mentioned that one of my windshield wipers needed to be looked at and I chose to have them replaced after being told the left one was a bit torn. Always smiling happy faces and great information about your service and your car is thoroughly checked out with a multi-point inspection. You are then given a report, so you find out if any certain points need to be taken care of soon. For me, this is a real plus if I have any concerns about my tires, P.S.I for each tire, fluid levels, tread depth, future services recommended, etc.! This is really helpful!

The shop wants to charge us to fix their mistake from when we purchased the car. It was back in late May when we bought it, but it has to do with the heater, and we didnt use the heat in the summer. Dave was very rude to my wife. Have bought multiple cars from here, but will never be back. Way to not stand behind your work, or lack of. Clearly only cares about selling cars and not taking care of people.
